Steps to Create an Account on Xfinity Mobile


  1. Visit the Xfinity Mobile website.
  2. Click "Sign In" or "Get Started."
  3. Choose "Create a New Account."
  4. Fill in your information.
  5. Create a username and password.
  6. Verify your identity if required.
  7. Review and accept terms of service.
  8. Complete the account setup.

Activate Your Xfinity Mobile


  1. Visit Xfinitymobile.com/activate.
  2. Sign in or create an account.
  3. Select "Activate Device."
  4. Enter device details.
  5. Follow on-screen instructions.
  6. Restart your phone after activation.

Install Nano SIM Card


  1. Go to Edit Security Info.
  2. Please select Phone.
  3. Please Enter your mobile or landline number.
  4. Select Call Me and click on the Next button.
  5. Microsoft will call you. Press # to authroize the login

eSIM Quick Transfer


Requirements:

  • Two iPhones with iOS 16 or newer.
  • The cellular plan you want to transfer.

Steps:

  1. Turn on your new iPhone.
  2. Go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan.
  3. Choose the plan and tap Transfer.
  4. Enter the verification code if prompted.
  5. Your eSIM is now active, and the old SIM is deactivated.
  6. Follow carrier instructions if prompted.
  7. Optionally, convert a nanoSIM to eSIM in Settings.
  8. Remove the physical SIM from your old iPhone.
